Parents can help nurture their children’s connection to nature by developing an understanding of their day to day impact and building a sense of stewardship through personal action. The best way to build this relationship is through experience. Child must be encouraged to walk in, play, explore, see, touch, and smell nature at every opportunity. But there are other ways we can build this connection in our day to day living.
